WORK ON THE PORCELAIN ANGELS PROJECT

In 2007, the porcelain angels from the project "Story of the White Angel", created by the faculty and students of the Department of Ceramics at the Art Academy of Latvia, were displayed in the Europa Club Casino (Benjamins building). During the project’s two months, each member of the faculty and students of the Department of Ceramics at the AAL created his/her own white porcelain angel with a personal touch. The white porcelain angels were auctioned, and the proceeds received during the auction were donated towards another culturally significant object - supplementing the fund for the construction of the Latvian National Library building “Gaismas pils” (Castle of Light).

LGA SIGNS 100TH GUARANTEE IN THE AREA OF HIGH TECHNOLOGY

In 2007, Real Sound Lab Ltd. became the 100th enterprise to receive a guarantee from the Latvian Guarantee Agency for a commercial bank loan. LGA guarantee will support Real Sound Lab Ltd. entrepreneurship in the area of high technology, designing, developing and commercializing technology in audio engineering. DnB Nord offered the loan to Real Sound Lab Ltd.
